STORAGE – All undercover – owners live on site
Storage for cars, caravans, motor homes, folding camper trailers, boats, & motor cycles.
Customers do not have to worry about storing their caravans etc, we will always park them for you using a Mr Shifter, which is very slow and versatile. All customers are asked to sign a Storage Agreement and advised to continue with insurance on their property whilst in storage. We are CaSSOA Registered which may help with insurance premiums.
PAYMENT PERIODS: Monthly, six monthly or annually.

The owners of the site (Chris & Jan) for a very modest fee will tow your caravan (approx. 200 yds) and put it onto a pitch prior to your arrival and return it to storage after you have left – very popular with many of our customers.
SERVICES:
Kindly give us at least 48 hour notice prior to collection and we will have your caravan/boat/trailer out of storage ready for you in the compound and similarly your return dates.
NB motor homes, cars etc are usually driven in to and out of storage by their owners.
EXTRAS:
For taking in or out stored vehicles – No charge
Washing facilities are available – you wash - No charge
VAT – No VAT charged
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- We can wash your caravan £30-£50 depending on size
- Charging batteries – by arrangement
- Servicing – we can arrange for your vehicle to be serviced/MOT etc for normally a one off charge of £10 plus the operators charges.
TRANSPORT:
Caravans can be collected, delivered, towed to holiday destinations and returned for £1 per mile each way per journey. Charges for cars etc. by arrangement.
HOW TO FIND US:
We are approximately 20 miles due west of Exeter and the M5, and 1½ miles from the A30 near Whiddon Down serving the counties of Devon, Cornwall, Somerset & Dorset. Approximately 5 minutes after leaving Whiddon Down, with good road access, you reach our storage facility.
LOCAL INTERESTS:
We are situated just within the Dartmoor National Park with the Exmoor National Park within easy reach. North Devon with its surfing beaches and Dorset and the Jurassic Coast are also accessible. There are several golf courses nearby to challenge golfers at every level. Local fishing has much to offer both the coarse & game/river & lake fisherman.
The A30 (nearly all dual carriageway down to Penzance) gives easy access to north and south Cornwall including the Eden Project, St Ives, Padstow and the Maritime Museum in Falmouth.
